4. Cancellations
Workshop cancellations by participants must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for consideration of refund or rescheduling. Studio-initiated cancellations will result in full refunds.

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of workshop content is prohibited. You may not use studio branding or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Workshops are provided for educational and creative purposes. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or skill mastery. Participation is at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
HoreaSt Culture Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific workshop.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of workshop registration or at least 48 hours before the workshop start date, whichever comes first.
2. Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel within the refund window. After the workshop begins, refunds are generally not available except in cases of studio cancellation or exceptional circumstances.
3. Partial Refunds
For multi-session workshops, partial refunds may be considered if you withdraw after the first session but before completing 50% of the program, prorated based on sessions attended.
4. Digital Material Exceptions
Once digital workshop materials or recordings have been accessed or downloaded, those components are non-refundable, though other workshop fees may still be eligible for refund.
5. Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during registration.
6. Documentation
Refund requests must include your registration details and reason for cancellation. We may request additional information for exceptional circumstances or dispute resolution.
7. Studio Cancellations
If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5 business days or the option to transfer to another workshop at no additional cost.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior cancellation notification results in forfeiture of fees. Please contact us in advance if you cannot attend.
9. Transfer Option
As an alternative to refunds, you may request to transfer your registration to a future workshop of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and advance notice.
